The Marquise de Païva had a splendid mansion on the Champs-Elysées built in 1856 during the reign of Napoleon III.
This courtesan born in Moscow from Polish Jewish refugee gave us an heritage: a home unique decor where marble mingle with malachite and lapis lazuli, with two main spots such as the main onyx staircase and the silver-plated bronze bath.
